Coverage Duration:

● Labour - Our labour warranty covers all repairs carried out by our technicians for a period of 30 days from the date of completion of the repair.

● Parts - Our labour warranty covers all repairs carried out by our technicians for a period of 90 days from the date of completion of the repair.

 

Defective Parts:

If any of the replacement parts used during the repair process are found to be defective or malfunctioning within the warranty period of 90 days, we will replace them at no additional cost.

 

Workmanship Guarantee:

We stand behind the workmanship of our skilled technicians. If there are any issues arising directly from the repair process within the warranty period, we will rectify them promptly and effectively.

 

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from user negligence, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized attempts to repair the appliance. It also does not cover pre-existing issues or problems unrelated to the original repair.

 

Service Calls:

If you encounter any problems with the appliance after the repair, please contact us immediately to schedule a service call. We will dispatch a technician to assess the issue and perform the necessary repairs covered under the warranty.

 

Transferability:

The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original customer who availed of our repair services.

 

Voiding the Warranty:

The warranty will become void if any modifications or alterations are made to the repaired appliance without prior approval from our company.

 

Service Area:

Our warranty is valid within our standard service area. If the appliance is relocated outside this service area, additional charges may apply for service calls and repairs.
