When cancelling your installation or repair appointment, we kindly ask for as much advance notice as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to other customers in need of service. To cancel a service call, we require at least 5 (five) business hours’ notice from the beginning of the appointment, unless it was scheduled for the same day. Same-day appointments cannot be canceled. Please refrain from leaving a voicemail if you need to cancel after hours. Instead, contact a live agent directly to receive a cancellation code.
To support our efficient scheduling process, a cancellation fee may be necessary based on the service type and timing of the cancellation, covering scheduling and preparation costs. The exact fee will be communicated to you when you cancel your appointment. Not adhering to our policy incurs a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + tax, due within 24 hours of the original appointment. This fee ensures we allocate resources effectively for your scheduled service. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we strive to provide reliable service to all our customers.
We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and in such cases, we may waive cancellation fees. If you encounter an emergency, please contact us promptly to discuss your situation. Each case will be reviewed individually, and exceptions to our standard cancellation policy may be granted based on the nature of the emergency. If you prefer to reschedule your installation or repair appointment rather than cancelling it, we’re committed to accommodating your request. Please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience, and they will assist you in selecting a new suitable appointment time. You can also reschedule your appointment upon receiving a text confirmation. To avoid fees, kindly notify us at least 5 (five) business hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling with adequate notice won’t result in additional charges, and we’ll strive to meet your preferred new appointment time whenever possible.
To ensure smooth service delivery, if our technician arrives at the scheduled time and access to the property isn’t available, a no-show fee may apply. Please ensure someone is present at the premises during the agreed-upon time to avoid this fee. If our technician arrives for a scheduled appointment and access to the appliance isn’t provided, a no-show fee equivalent to the reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + tax will be charged. This fee must be settled within 24 hours of the missed appointment to cover our allocated resources.
