  • 1. Introduction: Welcome to Installations & Repairs. These General Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of our appliance repair services. By scheduling a service appointment with us, you agree to these Terms.

  • 2. Service Scope: Our services encompass comprehensive diagnostics, repairs (with or without parts), and installations for a wide range of household and commercial appliances.

  • 3. Booking and Confirmation: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via text message, email, or phone call. Please verify that all details are correct and confirm the appointment.

  • 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 
  • Advance Notice: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 5 (five) business hours’ notice before the scheduled time, unless the appointment was made for the same day. Same-day appointments are non-cancellable.
  • Cancellation Fees: Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + tax, payable within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment through the text confirmation received or by contacting our customer service team. Proper notice ensures no additional charges.

  • 5. No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and no one is available to provide access to the appliance, a no-show fee equivalent to the reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + tax will be charged. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the missed appointment.

  • 6. Emergency Exceptions: In the event of an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we may waive cancellation fees based on the nature of the emergency.

  • 7. Warranty Services: For services covered under warranty, specific terms and conditions apply. We offer a 30-day warranty on labour and a 90-day warranty on parts. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period to be eligible for service.

  • 8. Service Warranty: We offer a warranty on parts and labour for repairs performed. The warranty period and conditions will be specified in your invoice. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period to be eligible for service.

  • 9. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Any additional fees, such as cancellation or no-show fees, must be paid within the specified time frame. Failure to pay these fees on time may result in your account being sent to a collections agency.

  • 10. Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

  • Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • 12. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • 13. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
