Scope of Services: The Service Provider will perform the installation and/or repair work as agreed upon with the Customer. The specifics of the Services, including the scope of work, costs, and timeline, will be discussed and documented prior to the commencement of any work.

Appointment Scheduling: The Customer can request a service appointment through our official channels, such as phone, email, or website. The appointment will be confirmed based on the availability of our technicians and the Customer's preferred schedule.

Access and Cooperation: The Customer must ensure that our technicians have safe and unrestricted access to the premises where the Services will be performed. The Customer agrees to cooperate with the technicians and provide any necessary information or assistance required to carry out the Services effectively.

Cost Estimates: The Service Provider will provide the Customer with a cost estimate for the Services before initiating any work. The estimate will include labor, materials, taxes, and any applicable fees. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or additional repairs may incur extra costs, which will be communicated to the Customer for approval before proceeding.

Payment: Payment for the Services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Customer agrees to pay the invoiced amount in full through the designated payment methods accepted by the Service Provider.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the Customer needs to cancel or reschedule the service appointment, they must provide reasonable notice to the Service Provider. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees as per our cancellation policy.

Warranty: The Service Provider offers a warranty as per the "Appliance Repair Warranty" policy. Please refer to the warranty documentation for details on coverage and terms.

Liability and Insurance: While our technicians take utmost care during the installation and repair process, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages to the Customer's property or appliances unless caused by the negligence of our technicians. The Customer is encouraged to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for their property and appliances.

Force Majeure: The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform the Services due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Complaints and Disputes: In the event of any complaints or disputes, the Customer agrees to promptly notify the Service Provider, allowing them the opportunity to address and resolve the issue in good faith.

Governing Law: These Terms and the provision of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Modification of Terms: The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to these Terms.
